“In the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life as we’ve been getting the house done, I am sure that we have not said this explicitly enough.  Christine and I are absolutely delighted with the results.  You are a pleasure to work with.  From the outset you guided us along the way through all the various steps and decisions in a way which made us feel that we really own the results – design, pieces selected, and overall feel.  It reflects our tastes, but is frankly much better than we could ever have done on our own.  Without your expertise, we could not have made everything hang together.  You have always been transparent with respect to sourcing options and costs, and worked with us when certain items were more than we were prepared to pay without forcing any item or decision.  In these cases, you helped us find good alternatives to retain the artistic/design choice but save money.  You also made the sourcing easy.  You could find stuff quickly, bring us a manageable number of options (fabric swatches, pictures of coffee tables, etc.) and arrange production and delivery without any involvement from us.  You also dealt with the few quality problems we had by quickly resolving them with the supplier.  In terms of your fees, we feel that we received excellent value for the services you have provided.  We have never questioned any of your bills because they are well presented and always feel appropriate.  We find it helpful that the bills itemize your activities, costs and are delivered to us regularly.  Lastly, you are a nice person and a pleasure to deal with.  No ego and no attitude”.
