Project Charlie is a very busy place at the moment – it is full of trades and their assorted materials and power tools – it does not show well in a photograph so for this blog I’ve decided to focus on the living room ceiling.
Due to the structural works on the main floor we had to remove the home’s original living room coffered ceiling – it was a sad day but both Mark (the GC) and myself assured our clients that the new beams would exceed their expectations. I knew they would because of Jack aka ‘My Secret Weapon’. He is one the most skilled and detailed craftsmen that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is constructing the main floor built-in cabinets, the entrance foyer fireplace surround and the coffered ceiling in the living room.
Here is a quick snap shot of where were, what we’ve been through and how gorgeous things are starting to look.
